#KINDNESS&COMPASSION

At Chabad on Campus of Milwaukee, we've established a personal helpline where students can text Rabbi Lev or Talia for a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on. This helpline offers a comforting alternative to commercial services by connecting students with familiar and caring individuals in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Recognizing the prevalence of sadness, loneliness, and depression among college students—many of whom may struggle with anxiety and require medication—our helpline provides essential emotional support during these challenging times. Dedicated in loving memory of Donna Mason, who bravely fought a long battle with cancer before passing away in 2024, this initiative honors her legacy of kindness and resilience, continuing to positively impact the lives of countless students by offering a safe space for open and honest communication.
